Mom slept well though the night. She continues to be nauseated, but they have increased her nausea medicine, so hopefully we can keep that better under control now. They also have changed her pain medicine to IV, hoping that will help to keep it from aggravating her stomach/nausea any more. She is supposed to get a PIC line today (and hopefully a quick shower before they place it). Her veins are not very cooperative, so the PIC line should really help. Until we get the pathology report tomorrow (hopefully), we won't know any more about her options.
Aunt Kathy just arrived, and that was a bright spot in Mom's morning. She's just had some medicine for pain, and seems to be resting comfortably, for which we praise the Lord. Thank you for your continued prayers for mom.
